Pictured outside of Rebel Market.
I love a lot of things about the south but food is at the top of the list. As a student I spent a great amount of time in the Rebel Market. Offering a warm staff and a variety of food choices, it’s easy for anyone to feel at home. The Rebel Market actually serves as a microcosm to the University as it exposes you to things you may be familiar with in addition to a ton of new things. I engaged with many strangers who became friends. It also allowed me to interact with my teachers and other professionals in an informal environment. The Rebel Market was one of my key sources to relax and rejuvenate at the University, which was important to my experience at Ole Miss.
